Delivery and Freight

We ship goods with care, given your specified date and any limitations around that and our agreed production times.

All Tied Up Promo are not responsible for goods lost or delayed by common carrier, international or Australian Customs departments or by ‘acts of God’.

Shipping and courier costs are not included unless specified. If the delivery requirements change after order confirmation, a separate invoice will be generated with the costs and are the responsibility of the client.

Dispatch dates are set from your final approval of artwork, unless artwork is not required.
