Terms and Conditions

01. Order Confirmation
All orders must be confirmed in writing by reply email.

02. Samples
Samples are invoiced at the minimum unit price plus freight. This includes pre-production samples and any applicable decoration charges.

03. Payment
We accept EFT, Visa and Mastercard (Cards are subject to a 2% surcharge).The first 3 orders require proforma payment in full. After that, all orders require a 50% deposit with the remainder due prior to delivery.

04. Shipping
We ship goods with care, given your specified date and any limitations around that and our agreed production times. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or delayed by common carrier, international or Australian Customs departments or by ‘acts of God’.Shipping and courier costs are not included unless specified. If the delivery requirements change after order confirmation, a separate invoice will be generated with the costs and are the responsibility of the client.

05. Delivery / Dispatch Date
Delivery dates are set from your final approval of artwork, unless artwork is not required.

06. Goods and Services Tax
Goods and services are plus GST.

07. Quotations
Quotations are valid for 14 days.

08. Artwork
Artwork is required in a VECTOR format with PMS colours provided, unless otherwise agreed. If artwork cannot be supplied in the correct format and you would like us to prepare it, we can assist. (Fees may apply)

09. Artwork Approvals
Artwork approval mock ups are provided in a digital format or physical sample in some instances. Once artwork is approved no changes can be made and the end result of the product is agreed to. We ask that you check before approving very carefully to ensure that you are happy with what will be produced, as your approval is final. It is important to note that products look very different on your computer screen and print out, compared to the final physical item.

10. Colour
The colour of goods and decoration may vary slightly depending on the item.

11. Batteries and packaging
Batteries and packaging are not included unless specified.

12. Ownership
Ownership of all products remains with All Tied Up Promo, until payment has been received in full.

13. Cancellation of Order
Once the order has been confirmed by deposit, cancellation fees may apply but often there are no fees. Fees vary from order to order due to the status of the job. Typically, fees would be related to artwork, set-up costs or full payment of a job if the items have already been decorated.

14. Claims or Returns
Any claim should be made by email within 2 days of receiving the goods. Claims or returns will only be accepted where there is a fault in the product supplied or an error in the decoration to what was approved. A refund, credit or replacement of stock will be issued if an error has been made.
