Artwork Details and Approval

We require high resolution vector art please. PMS colours are to be provided as required. High resolution artwork is required, to ensure that your logo and decoration is of the highest clarity and standard. This will result in your logo looking fantastic.

If you do not have suitable artwork, we are able to redraw your artwork to meet specifications. Fees may apply.

All branded orders, will be accompanied by a digital artwork proof for approval. Production will not commence until approval has been received in writing via email by the client.

For standard orders a digital mock up is the only artwork proof that will be provided. Pre-production samples are provided upon request, for which charges apply.

With most indent orders (items produced outside of Australia) and custom made items, a physical pre-production sample will be provided for sign off prior to production commencing. No charges apply, unless the order does not proceed to full production. Production will not commence until approval has been received in writing via email by the client.

Once your artwork has been approved no changes can be made and the delivery date is set from your final approval of artwork.

We ask that you take your time when approving artwork, to ensure that you will be happy with your end result. If artwork is incorrectly approved, it is the responsibility of the client signing and not that of All Tied Up Promo. There are no exceptions to this.
